We are looking for a Job Captain to join our team and keep that mission alive by providing independent problem-solving and creative approaches to assigned tasks and projects. This role should have strong communication skills to successfully coordinate with internal team members and external consultants/clients and provide exceptional service, ensure quality delivery of our firm’s vision, and build lasting relationships.

This position also requires technical skills, particularly in Revit, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders through the various stages of programming, planning, and construction. We’re looking for a self-starter who strives to develop understanding of design associated with the production of top-quality documentation from start to finish.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Actively pursuing architectural licensure, if not already licensed
  • 3-5+ years of applicable experience within the architecture profession
  • Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution
  • Technologically strong – Revit proficiency is a must
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills with team members, consultants, and clients
  • Strong design and documentation skills
  • Experience with resort, recreation and hospitality projects or other applicable experience.

We are looking for a passionate and strong junior designer with strong documentation skills to help us continue that vision. This role requires a high organized, self-motivated designer who wants to work closely with their team and learn from their colleagues. Junior Designers contribute to a project’s success through various stages of programming, planning and construction by using creative approaches to tasks assigned through the project architects.

This position is a great role for those who are looking to expand their technical and design skills to grow into more advanced roles on the team.

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Project Manager to join our Team and head up the project management processes for our architects.

DESCRIPTION

Since its founding in 1968, Bull Stockwell Allen has practiced environmentally sensitive architecture. These green and sustainable practices are an ingrained part of our culture and philosophy.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a strong but mighty team of passionate architects through multiple projects in resort recreation and hospitality. This role requires technical skills, particularly Revit, and the ability to work with multiple teams to sustain project objectives, schedules, and budgets to ensure deliverables are being met.

This person should be a fully licensed architect who is able to put together proposals and contracts, coordinate between internal staff and external clients effectively, and delegate tasks to staff. The Senior Project Manager heads up the project management processes in our offices for our architects and actively leads frequent project meetings to provide regular status updates and project needs.

Building relationships is a key factor in this role, both with external clients and with our internal staff. We’re looking for someone who can mentor and set a positive example of project management practices for the rest of the staff.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 8+ years of applicable project management/design experience within the architecture profession
  • Strong documentation and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution
  • Licensure as an Architect
  • Technologically strong – particularly in Revit preferred
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills with team members, consultants, and clients
  • Experience with Deltek Vantage Point a plus, but not required

We’re looking for a passionate project architect who is dedicated to helping us build upon that philosophy by providing creative designs, project management, and mentorship to our team. This position requires technical skills through proficiency in Revit and the ability to sustain project objectives to push design development forward. This key member will also strategize and implement effective project plans, scheduling, budget and staffing considerations for complex projects in their different phases of development, from programming through construction administration.
