WHO YOU ARE

You have over 3 years of experience after graduating with a BArch or MArch and are actively pursuing licensure. You feel confident in your design and technical skills, particularly in Revit. You are self-motivated, highly organized and have strong written and verbal communication skill.

You will bring the ability to contribute to a project’s success through the various stages of programming, planning, and construction to ensure quality delivery of our brand’s vision. With a flare for internal and external client/consultant coordination, you provide exceptional service with the intent of building lasting relationships.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 3+ years of applicable experience within the architecture profession
  • A Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution
  • Actively pursuing licensure in architecture
  • Technologically strong – Revit proficiency is a must

With 0 – 3 years of experience, you are self-motivated and highly organized. We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Architect with strong management skills and a desire to grow into a Leadership role with the potential for eventual Principal position to join our Team as a Senior Project Manager.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a fully licensed architect with strong design and project management skills. You have a desire to grow into a Leadership role and eventual Principal position, leading a small but mighty team of passionate architects. With more than 8 years of experience, you feel confident in your technical skills, particularly in Revit, and in your ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple teams to sustain project objectives, maintain project schedules, and manage your Team efficiently, delegating tasks appropriately and checking in frequently to ensure that deadlines and deliverables are being met. You are willing to put together proposals and contracts, coordinating cordially and efficiently with fellow senior leaders and clients.

You want to be the leader in project management at the firm, leading project management meetings and actively participating in general firm operations meetings. You have an innate ability to lead by example with mentorship qualities, are dedicated to long-term client relationships, and have exceptional communication and organizational skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 8+ years of applicable experience within the architecture profession
  • A Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution
  • Licensure as an Architect
  • Technologically strong – particularly in Revit preferred

  • Experience with Deltek Vantage Point a plus, but not required

You are a fully licensed architect with strong design skills and a desire to grow into a leadership position within a small but growing team. With more than 5 years of experience, you feel confident in your technical skills, working primarily in Revit, and in your ability to manage and work with multiple teams to sustain project objectives and push design development forward. You have experience in project management and can strategize and implement effect project workplans with scheduling, budget and staffing considerations.

Using creativity and experience to conceptualize and problem solve, you can manage and develop complex design projects through their different phases of development, from programming through construction administration. You have great communication skills, coordinating with clients, consultants and fellow BSA Team members. With a genuine interest in firm business development and growth, you are willing to participate in interviews with potential new team members and see yourself growing into a mentor for less experienced team members.

  • 5+ years of applicable experience within the architecture profession
  • A Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution
