PROJECT ARCHITECT
We are looking for an experienced and passionate project architect to provide design direction, project leadership, and mentorship to our Boston office team. We are crafting our footprint on the East Coast with our newly established Boston office and looking for team players to contribute to the culture and growth of our new venture.
As a leader, you are someone who brings independent problem-solving and creative approaches to assigned tasks and projects. You are an excellent communicator and can successfully coordinate both internal team members and external consultants/clients through various project phases. You are proficient in Revit, and provide exceptional service, ensure quality delivery, and build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead project coordination for every project phase, from design to construction administration
- Delegate tasks to designers, oversee budgets, and manage client communications.
- Provide personalized service to our clients
- Lead project teams providing training and mentorship for junior staff
- Strategize and implement project plans, scheduling, budget, and staffing considerations.
- Manage project expectations, including budgets, staffing and schedule, with the support of the Studio Director.
Qualifications and Skills
- Licensure as an Architect in the United States
- 7+ years of applicable experience within the architecture profession
- A Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution
- Technologically strong – Revit proficiency is a must
- Excellent design and presentation skills
- Proven project management skills- budgets, staffing, and project plans
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and graphic)
- A desire to mentor and foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- A working knowledge of building systems, and the ability to see a building design from concept to construction
- Experience with resort, recreation, hospitality, and/or multifamily project experience preferred

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Architectural Designer to join our Boston office team. We are carving our footprint on the East Coast out of our newly established Boston office and looking for team players to contribute to the culture and growth of our new venture.
You are a detail-oriented worker with a creative eye for great design, striving for excellence from programming to production. You have exceptional communication skills and are equipped to collaborate effectively with our team in the design and development of our projects. This position requires Revit proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop projects through each phase of design
- Collaborate with the Job Captain and Project Architect in design and detailing
- Coordinate drawing sets and work with team members to meet project milestones
- Contribute to design solutions and project presentations
Qualifications and Skills
- Pursuing architectural licensure, preferred
- 1-3+ years of applicable experience within the architecture profession
- A Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution
- Technologically strong - Revit proficiency is a must
- Graphics skills in composing presentations and renderings
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills with team members
- Excellent design and documentation skills

We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Job Captain to help coordinate and manage the day-to-day project tasks with our Boston office team. We are carving our footprint on the East Coast out of our newly established Boston office and looking for team players to contribute to the culture and growth of our new venture.
You are a confident problem solver and able to creatively approach assigned tasks and projects. An excellent communicator, you are a self-starter who strives to develop an understanding of design associated with the production of top-quality documentation from start to finish. This position requires Revit proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead project coordination for each phase of the project
- Collaborate with the Project Architect and Project Manager in design and detailing
- Coordinate with consultants and manage communication throughout the entirety of the project
- Support in training and mentoring junior staff
Qualifications and Skills
- Actively pursuing architectural licensure, if not already licensed
- 2-5+ years of applicable experience within the architecture profession
- A Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution
- Technologically strong - Revit proficiency is a must
- Graphics skills in composing presentations and renderings
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and graphic)
- Strong design and documentation skills
