In 2017, Bull Stockwell Allen prepared a master plan for the Bretton Woods ski area, part of the historic Mount Washington Hotel and Resort located in the Presidential Range of New Hampshire�s White Mountains. The goal was to improve the existing ski area with the creation of an activated, four-season village core through a plan that can be implemented in phases. Design improvements to the existing facilities and working within the expansive trail networks, we have created opportunities to better establish a regional resort character by merging growth with the existing ski facilities. New program elements include expanded access to the area�s established year-round recreational opportunities, expanded base lodge facilities, a new mountain top lodge (below), village square, and mixed-use resort residential.

Rosebrook Lodge started construction in the Spring of 2019 and scheduled to open for the Fall of 2020.
