We’re proud to announce that Bull Stockwell Allen has been appointed to the #BoutiqueStrong Council convened by the Boutique LIfestyle Leaders Association, the premier association for boutique hotels around the world. 

BLLA has formed the #BoutiqueStrong Council to provide boutique hotels with the businesses and resources to succeed during the COVID-19 economic recovery. The council consists of industry leaders who are committed to rebuilding boutique hotels and supporting the business and investment communities in that sector.

Regina Connell will be representing BSA on the #BoutiqueStrong Council. As part of Bull Stockwell Allen’s commitment to the Council, she will be offering a course on Customer/Guest Insight and How to Uncover it as part of the Guide to the New Paradigm. This course will be posted on the BLLA Collective website later this fall. BLLA is offering on-the-house memberships to new boutique hoteliers.

Connell says, “Boutique hotels are true innovators of the hotel sector. Connell also recently appeared as a speaker and panelist on BLLA’s September 2020 Digital Summit, participating on two panels Conversational Analytics (unveiling a sentiment done with conversational analytics pioneer Metric-Centric) and Fostering Loyalty (Without Loyalty Programs).
