Breaking ground in the Spring of 2020, One Spruce Peak will boast 27 residential units, offering ski-in and ski-out access to the slopes and unique amenities to the residences. The innovative building design eliminates all corridors, making the residential area 100% saleable with limited dead space. The building is nspired by the powerful presence of Mt. Mansfield, the sloped roof and undulating façade of the building pay homage to curves and topography of the mountain. The color palette of natural wood tones, russet, and warm grays are directly drawn from Stowe’s Autumn landscape.

Currently, 10 of the 27 units have been sold and including 2 of the luxurious top-floor penthouses. One Spruce Peak is the latest project with the Stowe Mountain Resort, adding to the existing village, Adventure Center, Alpine Clubhouse, and Spruce Camp. One Spruce Peak continues over a decade long relationship between Stowe Mountain resort and Bull Stockwell Allen.
